Programme Assistant
As a Programme Assistant at Laochra Academy, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming space where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn through play. You’ll help organise fun, engaging daily activities, encourage children’s creativity, and support them in exploring their interests and building confidence.

Programme Coordinator
As a Programme Coordinator at Laochra Academy, you’ll lead a team of dedicated staff and ensure our programmes are delivered to the highest standard. You’ll oversee daily planning, activity schedules, and team support while fostering an environment where children are happy, secure, and actively engaged.

Area Coordinator
As an Area Coordinator at Laochra Academy, you’ll guide and support multiple locations, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across all services.
